I'm Dalsu Cantaş — a dedicated trombonist, orchestra manager, and career coach with a passion for building meaningful connections in the classical music world.

My journey began at Hacettepe University, continued through Bilkent University’s prestigious Performing Arts program, and led me to the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin, where I deepened my artistic and international vision. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Uludağ University and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in trombone performance at Anadolu University in Eskişehir.

Since 2023, I have been serving as the Orchestra Manager of the Nilüfer Symphony Orchestra, where I lead all aspects of concert production — from artist communication to event planning, promotion, travel logistics, and social media strategy. Every concert is a story I help shape from the first rehearsal to the final applause.

In the same year, I joined the World & European Brass Association as an intern, actively supporting concerts in France and Germany. From ticketing and travel arrangements to artist hospitality and content production, I ensured every detail was handled with care and precision.

As a career coach, I empower musicians by helping them shape their professional paths — assisting with CVs, networking, branding, and personal growth. My approach is not only strategic, but also deeply personal: I believe that success begins with confidence, clarity, and creativity.

I speak fluent English, have basic knowledge of German, and work across multiple platforms — combining artist & event management, social media strategy, branding, promotion, and digital communication into one powerful force.
