I'm Dalsu Cantaş — artist manager, orchestra manager, career coach, and professional trombonist.

Having worked both on stage and behind the scenes, I understand the challenges musicians face from a unique perspective. My mission is to help artists focus on their craft while building sustainable, successful careers.

Since 2023, I have served as Orchestra Manager for the Nilüfer Symphony Orchestra, overseeing concert production, artist communication, logistics, promotion, and project coordination. Every performance is the result of careful planning, collaboration, and attention to detail.

My international experience includes working with the World & European Brass Association, supporting festivals, artist hospitality, travel coordination, and concert operations across Europe.

As a career coach, I guide musicians through career development, professional branding, networking, audition preparation, and long-term planning. I believe that talent alone is not enough—clarity, strategy, and confidence are equally important.

Today, I combine my experience in music, management, communication, and artist development to help musicians create opportunities and build careers they are proud of.
